This SIPP is a pension investment product produced in collaboration with a well established and respected UK Pension Provider and UK Pension Trustees.

The SIPP Simplified
Contributions receive the benefit of tax relief at the investor's highest rate of tax. This can reduce the cost of the investment by 40% or more in some cases.
If you already have pension funds these can, in many cases, be moved into the SIPP and used to fund your investment.
The investment period is 5 years.
The investment is in the form of a loan that attracts a fixed interest return of 100% after 5 years.
7% interest is paid annually into the SIPP. The remaining interest (13%) is paid upon completion of the 5-year term. No early maturity of the loan is allowed, except in the case of death when the full value of the loan + accrued annual benefits will be paid into the SIPP.
All loans will have their full value secured by land assets. An additional 20% of land will be added to the loan at the outset to provide security for the first year's annual promised return. This land will provide the security for the loan.
Each year for 5 years the land assets held as security will be increased by 13% of the invested sum to provide security for the interest due. i.e. 7% paid each year in cash into the SIPP and 13% secured each year equals 20%.
The land value will be determined by independent professional land valuers.
The land held as security will be revalued every year and more frequently if appropriate.
Land security will be increased each time a new investor takes out a Midas SIPP. This is essential to ensure that all investment amounts in the Midas SIPP are covered to their full value. • Independent UK Pension Trustees will administer and monitor the Midas SIPP on behalf of investors.
How Do I Invest in this SIPP?
There are two ways.
